Abstract

This invention discloses a method for preparing fiber-reinforced intermetallic compound composite component. The method solves the problems of complex process, high cost, high impurity content, easy oxidation, and simple structures (only boards and discs) faced by the present preparation methods. The composite component is composted of Ti-Al alloy and fiber reinforcer 1-70 vol. %. The method comprises: (1) designing and processing core mold and outer mold; (2) preparing slurry of titanium powder; (3) preparing presoaked fibers; (4) preparing precast; (5) pressing and casting; (6) homogenizing the cast, and performing post-treatment. This invention has such advantages as simple process, low cost, low impurity content, difficult oxidation, good fiber continuity, and integrated design, preparation and molding.
一种纤维增强金属间化合物复合构件及其制备方法,它涉及一种构件及其制备方法。它解决了目前纤维增强金属间化合物复合材料制备工艺复杂、成本高、杂质含量高、易氧化,只能制成板材和圆盘等简单形状,无法应用在实际生产中的问题。本发明的构件由钛铝合金和增强体纤维组成;增强体纤维占总体体积的百分比为1%~70%。本发明方法的步骤如下:一、芯模1和外模2的设计、加工;二、钛粉浆料的调制;三、预浸纤维制备;四、预制件3的制备;五、整体压铸成型;六、铸坯的均匀化处理和后处理。本发明具有制备工艺简单、降低成本、杂质含量少、不易氧化、保持纤维的连续性和可根据实际需要设计、制造、成型一体化构件的优点。
